Course
Description: |
Due
to popular demand from our students, Armed Missouri's exclusive CCW
Level - 2 course was developed over a number of months by our
instructors to provide students the opportunity to learn and develop
essential skill sets, tactics, and concepts as they relate to the use of
a concealed handgun and aspects of personal protection. This is a
one day course which means the pace is accelerated in order to
successfully complete all the material. This course is not for
beginners which is why we allow only students who have successfully
completed our CCW course and who, as per our evaluation, possess the
skills necessary to go on to an intermediate class. Students who
wish to take this class but have not completed Armed Missouri's CCW

course FAQ's
FAQ's
about Armed Missouri, Inc.
|
Q.
|
Why
should I consider taking more advanced training after I have
completed the required Missouri CCW course?
After all, the law requires no further training.
|
|
A.
|
True,
there is nothing in the law that requires any training above and
beyond the firearms safety training prescribed in RSMO 571.111,
however, there are a number of reasons why additional training
makes sense.
First and foremost, none of us are born with defensive
firearms skills.
Those skills must be learned and developed through proper
training and practice.
Being able to effectively and safely use your firearm in a
dangerous encounter may well be the difference between life and
death.
Secondly, as responsible gun owners who have made the
decision to incorporate a concealed firearm into our personal
protection plan, we owe it to ourselves, our loved ones, and
indeed the general public around us, to strive to be as proficient
and safe as possible at all times with our firearms.
Seeking out additional training is the sign of a
responsible citizen.

achieve that. The
